WP-11 Legacy Workload Migration

Summary

Provide guided migration paths for legacy workloads to the new platform services (containers as a service, virtual machines as a service, database as a service, functions/workflows as a service).

Scope

  • Define migration wave planning by workload class, criticality, and platform target.
  • Provide standard migration paths to containers, virtual machines, managed databases, and serverless runtimes.
  • Govern cutover, rollback, and decommission completion evidence for each migration wave.

  • No data loss occurs during migrations.
  • RTO/RPO targets are met per workload class.
