The review surface brings source inspection, evidence-bound findings, candidate compliance reports, stale-state assumptions, and future PR preview checks into one navigable fixture workflow with screenshots and readiness evidence tied to the same commit.

Accessibility and screenshot gates

Keyboard: skip link reaches main content and focus rings stay visible on cards, summaries, and route links.
Desktop: cockpit queue, action metrics, and review cards fit without horizontal page scroll.
Mobile: navigation wraps, disclosure controls stay tappable, and tables scroll inside panels only.
Content: escaped Confluence storage is hidden behind progressive disclosure on page detail routes.

Preview publication bundle

The CI preview-evidence job uploads `rws-arch-wb-preview-evidence` after testing the validated static build, keeping live PR status writes and Confluence staging gated while retaining focused visual QA evidence.

manifest.json ties route, viewport, commit, and Forgejo artifact metadata together.
readiness-summary.md records the current pass/fail fixture publication state.
generated source, candidate, and report indexes match the data used by the portal build.
browser assertions cover every route and viewport; two screenshots retain representative desktop and mobile review evidence.
