WP-17 DevOps Acceleration with Agent Models

Summary

Accelerate internal DevOps by hosting coding agent models, evaluation pipelines, and integrations that reduce delivery lead time.

Scope

  • Define the operating model for hosting coding-agent inference and evaluation workloads.
  • Integrate evaluation pipelines with delivery workflows and release governance gates.
  • Establish ownership boundaries for thresholds, overrides, and evidence retention.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Agent evaluations run automatically on release-candidate builds with defined threshold profiles.
  • Threshold profiles explicitly classify checks as advisory (non-blocking) or blocking per release lane.
  • Blocking gate overrides require named governance ownership, human approval, and auditable trace records.
  • CI/CD workflows consume agent outputs with traceable audit logs.
